Hello! I thought it might be a good idea to just check in and let you know that we are both still alive! I moved house in February, so I’ve been packing and unpacking and cleaning and decorating and trying to keep little Tweedie entertained. It has been very busy and a bit stressful, but exciting of course. Because of the move I had limited internet access, so for a few weeks I couldn’t keep up with everyone’s blogs. Thankfully that issue is  sorted now and I’m catching up with all the fabulous things you’ve all been making.

I have been working on my new sewing room. I completely redecorated it, and I’m still finishing it, so at the moment I can’t use it. Hopefully in the next week or so I’ll get it sorted and then I can show you all some photos!

I’m not the only one who has been redecorating. Julia decided to gut her spare bedroom and redecorate it to make it into a sewing room with a secondary purpose of guest room. I will be testing it out in a few week’s time when I come down to the midlands for the Sewing for Pleasure show at the NEC. Are any of you guys going? We’ll be there on the Sunday.

Well, that’s all for now. We both can’t wait to get back to sewing, so normal blogging service should be resumed shortly!
